Brainstorm Card Board Universe

For this project I want to try 3D printing. I know we don’t have a lot of time but i think it would be a really interesting way to explore the way digital art can be made physical, and since i’ve made some 3D figures in blender i think i would want to try out a new program. The program I plan to try out is called womp 3D. I saw an artist i follow on instagram use it to create her own figures and they also print them out so i thought that would be really nice and they also have resin printing for clear prints which i would like to explore. I think for the figure itself i want to do another figure of a girl and then maybe distort it or add sometype of unnatural detail to it. I think that it would also be cool if i could design the figure to have moveable parts so it could be like a doll and maybe make some detachable parts but we don’t have a lot of time and I haven’t 3D Printed anything before so maybe that’s something i would have to pursue on my own. Another thing that would be cool would be to create some sort of weird monster instead of a regular figurine. I also think that if 3D printing doesn’t work out for me I could model it on blender print it out and then use that to model it with clay and maybe project the image back into the clay sculpture.
